Carlos Pagan aka Drasticartbarbering is a Barber/ Stylist, with over 29 years of experience in the industry. He is a multiple time barbering award winner and CEO and founder of My Town Barber Shop and Salon where he and his wife have been established for 17 yrs and have 15 people in staff. He’s also a L3vel 3 global ambassador and international educator for the past 4yrs, traveling around the world helping others grow and achieve their maximum potential.
