Through candid discussions, we aim to unpack feelings of inferiority, imposter syndrome, and systemic biases in education and employment. The session will also shed light on actionable strategies for empowering educators of color, creating inclusive hiring practices, and fostering solidarity through initiatives like #solidHAIRity. Featuring personal insights from Rodrick Samuels and other industry leaders. This panel is a call to action for cultivating talent in the Historically Marginalized Groups and driving change in the industry.
